Vision ERP is a cloud-based restaurant and business management platform that provides point of sale (POS), inventory management, order management, customer management, and reporting tools. The Service is provided "as is" and is subject to change at any time.

3. User Accounts

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You must not share your account with third parties without authorization.
  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Subscription & Payments

  • Access to certain features may require a paid subscription plan.
  • Subscription fees are billed on a recurring basis as specified in your plan.
  • You agree to pay all applicable fees and taxes associated with your subscription.
  • Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account.

5. Data Ownership

You retain full ownership of all data you enter into the Service. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your business data, including products, customer information, orders, and financial records.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
  • Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Service.
  • Access another user's account without permission.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform scheduled maintenance or updates which may temporarily affect availability. We are not liable for any data loss or business interruption caused by downtime.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vision ERP and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violations of these terms. You may cancel your account at any time through the account settings. Upon termination, your data may be deleted after a grace period.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
